Newly opened in July 2018, Hotel WBF Tokyo Asakusa is an excellent business hotel in a great location, with friendly multilingual staff and first-rate facilities. The hotel is close to all of Asakusa’s sightseeing attractions and is also convenient for local shopping and dining facilities.

Hotel WBF Tokyo Asakusa has 216 guest rooms including one “universal” or barrier-free room for guests with disabilities. Rooms come with a range of single, twin, triple, and double beds. Guests also have the option to book rooms with a view of Tokyo Skytree.

All rooms come supplied with air conditioning and heating, a small refrigerator, a flat-screen LCD TV with satellite channels, a combined air purifier and humidifier, an electric kettle with tea and coffee making facilities, a small safe for guests’ valuables, pajamas and slippers, and a hair dryer.

Bathrooms come with a shower and bathtub, a toilet with electronic bidet, a full set of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and free amenities such as dental kits, shaving razors, cotton buds and a hair brush.

All guest rooms have free Wi-Fi internet access. All rooms are also supplied with a free “Handy” brand smart phone with a variety of language settings which guests can use throughout their stay. This Handy smart phone has unlimited access to the internet both inside and outside the hotel and can be used to make free domestic calls and free international calls to the following 6 countries: China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, and the U.S.A. The Handy smart phone is an invaluable tool for finding your way around Asakusa and Tokyo as it has apps for both maps and train times and you can freely download other apps too.

Breakfast & Dining

A buffet breakfast is served in the 1st floor restaurant every day from 6.30 to 10.00 with last entry at 9.30. The buffet includes a combination of Japanese and international breakfast items with freshly baked bread, salads with fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, a rich variety of drinks, and freshly ground coffee from carefully selected beans.

For other meals guests have a range of excellent dining options in the hotel’s immediate neighborhood with many restaurants serving either local or international cuisine.

Multilingual staff at the hotel’s 24 hour reception desk are fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese and will be happy to help you with all your enquiries. A courier service is available at the reception desk from 5.00 to 15.00.

Free tea and coffee and also soup are available in the 1st floor lobby area during the day. These drinks can be enjoyed inside or outside on the street-side terrace. There is also a microwave oven in the lobby which guests can use freely.

Soft drinks vending machines can be found on the 2nd, 6th and 12th floors. Alcoholic beverages are available from the 6th floor vending machine. Ice making machines are on the 4th, 8th and 13th floors.
